Tourism is the primary activity of our company, and with constant improvement of the offer and service, we are proud to point out that every year we record better results. Our mission is to justify the trust of guests and partners, and as a result, the demand for our capacities is constantly increasing. This is exactly what prompted us to start building the largest resort in the region, in the Herceg Novi settlement of Baošići, right on the seashore. This 5-star resort will, in addition to 800 accommodation units, have a rich F&B offer in the form of a national restaurant, a beer garden, a wine shop, a cafeteria and an a la carte restaurant. Also, in addition to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, it will have a SPA center of 1000 m2, as well as a hall for various events with a capacity of 500 people, animation rooms, an indoor park, etc. The opening is planned for mid-2026.
Simultaneously with the construction of the tourist resort in Bašići, we also embarked on the project of a 5-star Condo Resort in Đenovići and Kumbor. Located just above Porto Novi, on an area of approximately 75,000 m2, we have begun the phased construction of this project. In addition to the 5* hotel with a capacity of around 50 units, the resort will have approximately 1,300 residential units, as well as all the common facilities necessary for a comfortable life.
